Uploading files to our ftp site
PC users:
On your hard drive or server, create a folder with all the files you would like to send. Give the folder a name that will identify the project. Avoid using spaces. Use letters and/or numbers only.
Place inside the folder all the files needed to complete the project. This would include any linked images, fonts or other files.
Once the folder has all the necessary files, compress the folder using WinZip, Stuffit, or other compression software.
Call or email us for your unique username and password.
Next, click on the "Open FTP Site" link below. A new browser window will open.
Click Page at the right in the toolbar, and choose Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer from the drop-down menu.
Open a second Windows Explorer window, browse to the project folder's location and drag the compressed folder from its stored location to the window of the FTP Site. It will copy the folder to the ftp site, but you will not be able to delete the folder from the ftp site. Your original folder will remain on your hard drive/server.
Finally, contact your salesperson or customer service representative by phone or email and let them know the folder has been uploaded to the site.
Open FTP Site
MAC Users:

Once the folder has all the necessary files, compress the folder using Zip, Stuffit, or other compression software.
Since the drag and drop method won't work in the MAC finder, you'll need to use an installed FTP Client software like Fetch or Filezilla.
After you upload the folder, contact your salesperson or customer service representative by phone or email and let them know the folder has been uploaded to the site.
